Report a Suspicious Email

If an email claims to be from Wealth Forms and something feels off, trust that feeling. Here's how to check it and tell us.

Signs an Email Isn't Real

  • You weren't expecting a form, or it doesn't name your advisor and their firm.
  • The sender's address doesn't end in wealthforms.com or your advisor's own domain.
  • It asks for a password, a payment, gift cards or your Secure Form Code.
  • It pushes you to act right now or threatens to close your account.
  • The link goes somewhere other than a wealthforms.com address or your advisor's domain. On a computer, hover over the button to see where it goes.

What to Do

  1. Don't click, reply or share a code

A real form never needs your code from anyone but the form page itself.

  2. Check with your advisor

Call them at a number you already have, not one from the email.

  3. Forward it to us

Send it to security@wealthforms.com. If your email app lets you, forward it as an attachment so we can see where it really came from.

  4. Delete it

Once you've forwarded it, delete the email.

If You Already Entered Information

  • Tell your advisor right away so they can watch your accounts.
  • If you entered a password anywhere, change it, along with any other account that uses the same one.
  • If you shared bank or card details, contact your bank.
